Where we were yesterday.
New Name =/= New Business
Crew may be forward-thinking company but we have rich roots in the industry. Even though our name is shiny and new, we originally started as a printer agency over fourteen years ago. Throughout the years, we’ve learned a lot. We learned the importance of customer service. We learned the value of communication. We learned that technology can be frustrating.
As the business grew and time progressed, we noticed that things began to grow more connected. Printers connected to phones and computers and tablets and apps. We also noticed that it was pretty difficult to get all of this working reliably. Our incredibly valuable customers were frustrated. We were frustrated. Something had to change. We needed IT.
A search began. We wanted to talk to someone knowledgeable in the industry. We didn’t know what we wanted to talk about. Was it something we were doing? Was it the network? What could we do?
Fast talking salesmen hammered us with pitches full of industry-jargon for solutions that we didn’t understand. It felt like we were speaking different languages.
As the technology world developed and we grew our customer base, it became more and more feasible to support our existing customers. We started partnering with some local IT companies to provide a higher level of service to our customers. Something still wasn’t quite right though. We still weren’t at the level we wanted to be. We still weren’t providing the full featured service we wanted. These existing IT companies just weren’t cutting it…
So we built our own.
